Mind Sharpness Tips



Do meditations for at least 10 minutes daily.

v Read informative books.
v Try to solve analytical questions in physics and maths
v Solve general knowledge questions
v Maintain proper sleep patterns
v Pray Slat five time a day
v Following good food habits. Taking ALMONDS in your diet can improve your mind sharpness
v Recite and learned by heart holy Quran daily.
v Playing Scrabble or doing crossword puzzles
v Interacting with others
v Switching careers or starting a new one
v Starting a new hobby, such as crafts, painting, biking or bird-watching
v Learning a foreign language
v Volunteering
v Staying informed about what's going on in the world
v Reading
v Add carrots and beets to your diet. Try fresh raw vegetable juices to help build blood and nourish the brain.
v Limit refined sugars and carbohydrates which "turn off" or "short circuit" the brain.
v Avoid alcohol, marijuana and other drugs which directly damage brain tissue and affect memory.
v Limit caffeine which stresses the nervous system, causing the mind to jump from thought to thought.
