- The Department of Library and Information Sciences, Allama Iqbal Open University organized a two day First Open LIS Professionals Conference on the theme “Changing Paradigm of LIS Profession in Pakistan”. Conference was held on 19 – 20 October, 2011 at Main Campus AIOU, Islamabad.
